Partnering with plan sponsors and their employees to achieve their retirement goals.

For many, saving for retirement can be a difficult task. With Pinnacle’s intelligent plan design and personalized advice, your employees can approach their financial future with confidence.

WHAT WE DO

We are retirement plan specialists. Qualified plans are complicated and demand expertise. Given our sole focus on retirement plans we bring that required expertise and a fiduciary commitment.

  • Investment Policy Statement Development and Maintenance – The Investment Policy Statement is the foundation upon which a prudent investment review process is built.
  • Investment Consulting – A prudent process for the selection and monitoring of plan investments is crucial both in mitigating fiduciary liability and in providing participants the performance potential needed to achieve retirement security.
  • 403(b) Plans – Helping plan sponsors meet their fiduciary obligations and address the complex issues related to their plans like legacy plans/investments, annuities and insurance contracts.
  • Provider Benchmarking/RFPs – Using benchmarking and the open market to compare fees and services allows for the negotiation of competitive pricing and the insistence of value.
  • Vendor Monitoring – Monitoring of your provider relationships and the use of leverage to resolve service issues while keeping you abreast of new services or organizational changes will ensure promises are kept.
  • Participant Education & Communications – Providing participants with compelling arguments that lead to action will improve retirement security for your participants.
  • Participant Advice – Participants need help. Providing them guidance specific to their individual circumstances will combat inertia and poor asset allocation decisions.
  • ERISA Consulting – Plan design and ongoing compliance are best left to people familiar with such matters.

OUR APPROACH SETS US APART

While ERISA judges fiduciaries on process and not the results, the results are no less important. Most competent advisors can provide plan sponsors with a documented and prudent process worthy of ERISA’s standards; however, many do so without regard to the results. Pinnacle strives not just to employ a prudent process, but to deliver results that will propel participants toward meaningful retirement income.

We put our status as fiduciary in writing for all of our clients.

We are committed to our clients and their causes.
